We set up an informal meeting with you. Have a look around and take some measurements and a few photos of your site. We will discuss potential development options and answer any initial questions you may have. We will try to understand your motivations and expectations from a partnership with us.
Details of your site will be sent for assessment with our planning and architect teams. Subject to a positive response, we will then undertake a detailed valuation of the site, in order that we can proceed to make an offer to you. If and when you are happy with the offer, then both parties sign an Options Agreement; drafted at our cost.
Our team work on a design and scheme that meets with the setting/community, your requirements and local planning policy. Once we are happy, a planning application is submitted. At all times you will be kept updated and the entire process is undertaken at our cost.
During the planning process we will have already marketed your site and reached out to our network of developers. In most cases we will have a buyer ready to complete as soon as planning is granted. The equity in your land has been realised!
